Dr. Lorne Albrecht, MD, FRCPC

Dr. Albrecht completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Alberta and subsequent specialty training in Dermatology through the University of British Columbia.

He is on faculty at UBC as a Clinical Assistant Professor and has served as past Director of Undergraduate Education. He has also served as a volunteer Clinical Instructor at the Regional Dermatology Training Centre in Moshi, Tanzania, Africa. He developed an interest in Aesthetic Dermatology early in his practice and was one of the first providers of Botox ® therapy in the province. He has been Principal Investigator in over 150 Clinical Research trials and has been a contributing author for over 50 publications and poster presentations.
